ORLANDO, FLORIDA (October 7, 2017) – New York Red Bulls II emerged victorious over Orlando City B (10-9-12, 42 points) at Orlando City Stadium by a 6-5 scoreline Saturday night.
The win pushed NYRB II back into playoff positioning heading into next weekend’s regular season finale at Rochester.
Stefano Bonomo scored his first of three goals on the night in the third minute off an Ethan Kutler long ball over the top of the Orlando defense.
Nine minutes later, Florian Valot doubled NYRB II’s lead scoring a screamer from 30 yards out with a left-footed strike past Carl Edwards, Jr.
