The Red Bulls are sending one of their young forwards out on loan to earn him some minutes.
On Saturday morning the New York Red Bulls announced that 23-year-old forward Brandon Allen is being loaned to Minnesota United FC for the remainder of the season. Allen appeared on the bench this past Thursday against the New England Revolution, but has not seen the field for Jesse Marsch's side this season, and has not appeared at all since the early 2016 season.
Allen earned numerous honors for his strong play in the USL last season.
