Goal.com's Nizaar Kinsella reports Chelsea has hit the pause button on Matt Miazga's proposed loan to...the rumor mill seems reluctant to say where.
Per Kinsella, Miazga has "two offers from unnamed Premier League clubs", but isn't going anywhere until or unless Chelsea manages to land the defensive reinforcements it has been chasing all summer.
The former New York Red Bulls defender would doubtless prefer to spend this season in a situation more encouraging than being last-resort injury cover for Chelsea, but the matter is reportedly out of his hands.
