Following the red card to Kaku at the end of the match at Sporting Kansas City, the New York Red Bulls knew they would need to replace him in the lineup for Saturday's game against the New England Revolution.
Vincent Bezecourt, Omir Fernandez, Marc Rzatkowski could all be called upon to play centrally against the Revs at Gillette Stadium.
"We have other weapons," Head Coach Chris Armas said. "We have other guys that have proven that they can make plays and fill in with a real understanding of what we expect with and without the ball, so we've thought hard about it and we will look over it next couple days.
