On paper, the Red Bulls close out their season with little to play for. They cemented their spot as the sixth-seed in the Eastern Conference weeks ago when the clinched at home against Vancouver and impressively held Atlanta United to a 0-0 draw last week.
Unknown is who they might play.
But midfielder Felipe didn’t hesitate with who he thinks would be the best matchup for the Red Bulls.
“New York City,” the Red Bulls midfielder said. “I think we want to play them. It would be a great overall environment for our fans and for us to play against a team that is a rival.
