After a poor result at home against FC Cincinnati, the New York Red Bulls had a huge turnaround as they tore down expansion side Inter Miami by a final of four goals to one.
The scoring started when Jared Stroud got fouled by Blaise Matuidi in the 13th minute while dribbling in the penalty area, earning a penalty. Mandela Egbo took the spot-kick and beat Luis Robles inside the far post to open the scoring.
