The New York Red Bulls are preparing for MLS' Secondary Transfer Window, which opens on Monday, July 10.
"We have room to make improvements, so we're working hard to get that done," Head Coach Jesse Marsch said following a recent game.
The team is looking at options across all positions, including both attacking- and defensive-minded players. Marsch said that the team needs players who can make an immediate impact.
“We want to bring in people that are able to adjust immediately because we need help now," Marsch said. "Every year we've kind of gone in with the approach that we have a good group, let’s get things going a bit and see what we need because you can go into a season and think you need one thing and you can get through the season and all of sudden realize that maybe you need something else.
