HARRISON, N.J. (September 5, 2017) – New York Red Bulls II players Noah Powder and Florian Valot have been named to Week 24’s USL Team of the week for their standout performances in Saturday’s 4-2 win over the Tampa Bay Rowdies at MSU Soccer Park.
Powder scored his first goal of 2017 with a curling free-kick in the 41st minute and also assisted on Junior Flemmings’ game-sealing goal in the 83rd minute.
Valot assisted on the game’s opening goal in the 17th minute to Andrew Tinari and tallied his third goal of the season nine minutes into the second half.
