Noah Powder has parted ways with the New York Red Bulls and is currently exploring opportunities abroad, Once A Metro can confirm, per sources familiar with the player’s situation.
The 19-year-old is a Red Bulls Academy product, who made 20 appearances for RBNY’s second team while still a schoolboy in 2016. That season brought him USL regular-season and Cup titles, and his first goal at the pro level.
Powder looked overseas for opportunities in 2017, but ultimately signed his first professional contract with the RBNY II team in July. In a curtailed season, he made 10 appearances.
