HARRISON, N.J. (March 25, 2016) – New York Red Bulls II has signed Jamaican forward Junior Flemming following the approval of his ITC, the club announced today. The 20-year-old joins the team from Tivoli Gardens F.C.
Flemmings, a native of Kingston, Jamaica, played two seasons with Tivoli Gardens in the Red Stripe Premier League, the top division of Jamaican soccer. In 2015, Flemmings scored eight goals. At the youth level, he progressed through Tivoli Gardens’ U-13, U-15, U-17 and U-21 teams over the course of two years into the first team.
In 2014, Flemmings played on the Jamaica College soccer team in the 2014 Manning Cup, an annual high-profile soccer competition among Jamaican Secondary Schools.
