HARRISON, N.J. (March 5, 2020) – New York Red Bulls II have signed defender Joe Fala to a USL Championship contract, the club announced today.
Fala, 22, was a four-year letterman at Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he played in 75 matches, including 63 starts. He was twice named an All-American, earning Third-Team honors as a junior in 2018 and First-Team honors as a senior in 2019.
“Joe is a guy that we saw in our combine and he sparked our interest,” Head Coach john Wolyniec said. “He has done nothing but exceed expectations since then.
