New York Red Bulls head coach Jesse Marsch was suspended for his team's match against Montreal Impact on August 13. Consequently, we didn't get his response to the brace that put Bradley Wright-Phillips in possession of the club's all-time MLS regular season scoring record.

Now the squad is back from its midweek trip to El Salvador for CONCACAF Champions League, Marsch had time to share his thoughts with reporters at the RBNY training facility:
