The New York Red Bulls new center-back, Andrés Reyes, arrives at the club after playing for Atlético Nacional and Inter Miami CF.
The 21-year-old defender has played for Colombia’s Under-20 and U-23 National Teams, most recently he was part of the U-23 side that participated in CONMEBOL’s Pre-Olympic Tournament.
At Atlético Nacional, Reyes worked with former RBNY Head Coach, Juan Carlos Osorio.
When asked what it meant to work alongside him, Reyes said: “I feel very privileged, thankful to God to have the opportunity to have a coach like Juan Carlos Osorio. He has a lot of experience, I’ll learn a lot from him, and I’ll try to take as much advantage as I can to become an elite player.
