Favorites (mostly) still alive in 2016 USL Eastern Conference playoffs

The top seeds were sent home in the Western Conference quarterfinals, but the Eastern Conference's better-ranked teams were - mostly - able to stay alive in the 2016 USL playoffs.

There was one upset: three-seed FC Cincinnati was downed, 2-1, by Charleston Battery. The match had a large crowd and a strong Red Bull flavor.
