The 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup is just weeks away, and we finally know who will be representing the United States of America in the biennial tournament. While none of the current members of the Red Bulls made the cut, several notable ex-Bulls will be.
On Sunday afternoon, the U.S. Soccer Federation announced USMNT head coach Bruce Arena's final 23-man roster for the tournament. Among the players selected are former Red Bulls Dax McCarty, Matt Miazga and Juan Agudelo.
McCarty and Miazga were both key contributors to the team's 2015 Supporters' Shield campaign, with McCarty earning MLS Best XI honors and Miazga earning four MLS Team of the Week nods.
