Members of the New York Red Bulls front office helped Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter get ready for their big fundraiser at the end of September by cleaning kennels, washing laundry, dog/cat bowls and more before playing with the dogs and cats of the shelter.
The Red Bulls created the 11 Days of Service initiative to run in conjunction with September 11 - the national day of service and remembrance.
Rather than participate in just one day of service, the New York Red Bulls will participate in 11 different community activations as a tribute to the 9/11 victims, survivors, and those who rose up in service in response to the attacks on September 11, 2001.
