The New York Rangers lost their third straight game this evening with a 2-1 defeat at the hands of the Dallas Stars. This loss also marks the sixth time in seven games the Rangers have not registered a win as they continue to look for answers. Henrik Lundqvist turned away 39 of the 41 shots he faced, and tried his best to keep the Rangers in this game for as long as he could.
Despite giving up 21 shots on goal in just the first period alone, the Rangers found a way to make it a 1-0 game in their favor late in the period.
