Larry Brooks of the NY Post is breaking news that the NHL will begin Phase 4 of the Return to Play Plan on July 30th. This information is flowing from a recent GM meeting that has training camps being finalized to just two weeks.

We noted that Phase 3 is scheduled to start on July 10th and will conclude with travel to hub cities on or around July 24th. As I recently noted, Las Vegas has unofficially been chosen as the East Hub City with Toronto the leading candidate for the West.
