Rangers Roundup: It’s NHL or bust for Will Cuylle; media day; and more

The New York Rangers selected forward, Will Cuylle in the second round go the 2020 Draft. They moved a former first round pick in Lias Andersson to do so.

Last year, with the CHL out of action due to the pandemic, he played in 18 games for the Wolf Pack on the AHL. Cuylle picked up five points during his time there and has made quite the impression at Development Camp.

However, it’s NHL or bust for the 19 year-old. The rules dictate that due to his age and not meeting last year’s minimum requirement of 20 games played in the AHL, he’s ineligible to play there this season.
