Neither forward recorded a point in the series opener Thursday, when Michigan skated to a 4-0 home win. Henricks was minus-2 with one shot goal and a third-period minor penalty for high-sticking. Spence also had one shot on goal to go along with an interference minor in the first period and an even rating.
