Per Mollie Walker, the NY Rangers lines tonight will be without Patrick Kane, nursing his hip injury. Kane also missed last night’s demolition of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Rest and health is more important for Kane at the moment, especially with the Rangers rolling and the lines seemingly set.
Jaro Halak will get the start in net after Igor Shesterkin was superb in last night’s win. Shesterkin also got speared, so getting a night off on a back to back is a good thing.
