The Rangers are now winners of five in a row, including strong six goal performances against Seattle and Carolina. They now head to the west coast to start their western Canada road trip in Vancouver. The Blueshirts have a trio of very winnable games ahead, and Vancouver, while playing better under Rick Tocchet, is not a good team. This is another “must have” two points.
The lines were changed up a bit, with Chris Kreider jumping back to play with Mika Zibanejad and Vladimir Tarasenko. Jimmy Vesey joins Artemi Panarin and Vincent Trocheck, with the bottom two lines remaining the same.
