New York Rangers v Florida Panthers: Blueshirts come up short in 4-3 loss

Artemi Panarin, Ryan Strome, and Anthony DeAngelo all scored, but it was not enough, as the New York Rangers finished their Florida road rip with a 4-3 loss to the Florida Panthers at the BB&T Center.

Special teams let the Blueshirts down as they failed on three power plays and they allowed two power play goals in four attempts for the Panthers.

The Panthers even gave the Rangers a late PP by having too many men on the ice after which the Rangers pulled goaltender Henrik Lundqvist. Tony DeAngelo blocked an empty net goal chance with one minute left to play, but could not get the equalizer.
