NBC Sports announced its national schedule on Tuesday morning.
Artemi Panarin, Kaapo Kakko, and Henrik Lundqvist along with a rebuilt New York Rangers squad will appear on NBC Sports 13 times throughout the 2019-20 season.
The Rangers kick off their part of the NBC schedule with a contest on Oct. 17 at New Jersey. This will be the first time the hockey world sees the top two picks from the draft square off. Kakko was taken No. 2 overall after the New Jersey Devils drafted Jack Hughes.
Unfortunately, the schedule showcases the same teams, mainly within the Metropolitan Division, as it has over the past few years.
