Rangers Vitali Kravtsov
New York Rangers prospects were in action in Russia and Sweden
Vitali Kravtsov played just under 16 minutes in Traktor’s 5-1 loss to Metallurg. It was a key Eastern Conference matchup and with the win, Metallurg pulled within a point of Traktor in the standings. Kravtsov was scoreless with three shots on goal, one hit, a minus one rating and two minutes in penalties.
Kravtsov’s penalty was an important one. He was sent off for delay of game after shooting the puck into the stands. Metallurg scored on the subsequent power play to take a 1-0 lead.
