New York Rangers hire Tanner Glass in a player development role (Report)

He’s back.

After leaving the New York Rangers following the 2016-17 season, Tanner Glass has been hired in a player development role according to Brett Cyrgalis of the New York Post.

It’s not clear whether or not Glass will continue with this new role in Hartford with the Wolf Pack, or if he’ll work overseas where he’s had some experience.

Glass is coming off a season where he played overseas in France following his 11-year career in the NHL. He spent just three years with the Blueshirts leading the fourth line under former head coach Alain Vigneault.
