New York Rangers defeat Wild for first win at Traverse City (Highlights)

The New York Rangers followed up a bad loss on Friday night to Dallas with an encouraging 4-2 win over the Minnesota Wild. Jeremy Brodeur, on a tryout invite, made 24 saves for his first win.

Ville Meskanen, two goals in two games, Brett Howden, Tim Gettinger and Ryan Lindgren recorded goals in the game.

Lindgren’s goal was set up by a great pass by Jakob Stukel allowing Lindgren to skate in alone on the Minnesota goalie and finishing the play to give the Rangers a 1-0 lead.
