New York Rangers Cut Seven Players Including Lias Andersson

The New York Rangers announced some tough roster decisions via their official Twitter account on Thursday.

The Rangers cut seven players today. Ryan Graves, Vin Lettieri, and Neal Pionk were all assigned to Hartford (AHL). Matt Puemple will be placed on waivers today and Bobby Farnham was released from his Professional Tryout contract.

First-round pick Lias Andersson was sent back to Frolunda of the Swedish Hockey League.
