Today, it was announced that Chytil suffered a cervical strain — basically a fancy way of saying whiplash — and will be day-to-day for the Hartford Wolf Pack.
Chytil’s injury came off a hit from Andreas Johnsson of the Toronto Marlies in the Hartford Wolf Pack’s overtime loss on Saturday.
Chytil was in an awkward spot along the boards and went headfirst into the stanchion.
