Prior to his team’s 4-1 preseason victory over the New York Rangers, Kevin Hayes revealed a few interesting thoughts.
The Philadelphia Flyers forward seems to be fascinated with his former team. Hayes, never one to bite his tongue, feels as though the Rangers will come to regret trading him.
“It’ll come back to them,” Hayes said in relation to the Blueshirts trading both him and Jimmy Vesey, via Adam Kimelman of NHL.com.
Hayes, 27, tallied a goal on four shots in his team’s domination over the Rangers on Saturday night.
