Per Arthur Staple, Rangers defenseman Jaocb Trouba will not have a hearing and will not be suspended/fined for his hit on Michael Dal Colle.
The hit was deemed legal, even though the head was part of the contact. Dal Colle had his head down looking for the puck. Trouba led with the shoulder, aimed for the chest (incidental contact with the head), and never left his feet.
