1. I expected Alain Vigneault to go with Antti Raanta in Chicago on Friday following the Finn’s 2-1 victory in Winnipeg the previous night and I expected the coach to stay with Raanta on Sunday at the Garden against the Devils following his 1-0 overtime victory over the Blackhawks.
Now, I am not sure what to expect for Tuesday’s rematch against Chicago. There is a strong argument to be made for continuing to ride the wave with Raanta, no doubt about that.
