The Rangers are on the road for the 41st and final time in the 2023-24 regular season campaign tonight. They haven’t gone very far though, as UBS Arena on Long Island is the scene for tonight’s matchup between the Rangers and Islanders. With the Stadium Series game at MetLife Stadium being played as an Islanders’ home game, tonight is the Blueshirts’ only scheduled trip into UBS this season.
This contest represents the first half of something of a home and home with the Islanders. After the Metropolitan Division rivals square off tonight, both teams will play different opponents on Thursday before linking up for a rematch at Madison Square Garden on Saturday.
