Around the Farm: Eric Ciccolini’s season ends in OT loss in B1G semis

Eric Ciccolini was the only NY Rangers prospect in action yesterday. His #6 Michigan Wolverines lost in OT to #4 Minnesota. Ciccolini was held off the scoresheet in this one. He is the second NCAA prospect to see his season end this week. Riley Hughes’ Northeastern lost two days ago in the Hockey East tournament.

While his regular season is over, it is expected that Michigan will receive one of the at-large bids to the Frozen Four.
