Yoenis Cespedes recently switched his at-bat, walk-up song to "Circle of Life," which is the opening theme song from The Lion King, which the outfielder watched for the first time on a flight to New York in late August, he told reporters.
In the spirit of switching walk-up music, Wilmer Flores changed Sunday to using the theme song from "Friends," which he told Newsday's Marc Carig he's been regularly watching since his days playing minor league baseball in Savannah, Georgia.
"It's one of my favorite shows," he told Carig. "I watch it every day before I go to sleep.
