NEW YORK -- Noah Syndergaard's strikeouts were the early story for the Mets on Sunday at Citi Field, but it was Wilmer Flores' ninth-inning home run that gave them a 3-2 walk-off win over the Brewers.
Flores connected off Matt Albers to give the Mets their 10th win in the last 11 games and their first walk-off win of the season. The Mets bounced back after having their nine-game winning streak stopped by the Brewers on Saturday night, and won their fifth straight series to start the season.
