There are some things that you just can’t make up, and New York Mets prospect Tim Tebow recently made a fan’s day at a game.
In the top of the seventh inning of the St. Lucie Mets game against the Charlotte Stone Crabs on Jul. 29, Tebow was in the on-deck circle and a fan Seth Bosch, who was nine at the time, wanted to meet him. Bosch has high-functioning autism, neurofibromatosis, and has a tumor behind his right eye. During a conference on the mound, Bosch made his way to the backstop netting near the on-deck circle.
