Teams are intrigued by Mets' willingness to swap Matt Harvey for reliever

The Mets have talked to at least two teams with interest in trading for RHP Matt Harvey, two sources recently told Daily News reporter Kristie Ackert.

According to Ackert, one source said the Mets would like to trade Harvey for a relief pitcher.

"They seemed more willing to move him than (Robert) Gsellman or (Seth) Lugo," the source added.

Matthew Cerrone: Based on what I'm hearing, there are multiple teams that would consider dealing an impact reliever for Harvey, specifically the Orioles, Yankees, A's, and Brewers. In the case of Baltimore, they have two or three relievers they're reportedly open to dealing, including Zach Britton, who is earning $11 million next season and will be a free agent at the end of this season.
