Syndergaard, Duda lead Mets to Opening Day win over Braves, presented by Cadillac

Noah Syndergaard pitched six scoreless innings before leaving with a blister and Lucas Duda stroked a three-run double to help lead the Mets past the Braves, 6-0, at Citi Field on Monday in the club's 56th Opening Day.
