The Mets’ pitching staff is experiencing yet more turnover today, as the Mets made so many roster moves that they needed two pages of graphics to cover all of the transactions on their social media posts announcing the moves.
An already battered pitching staff is sending two more arms to the injured list. Paul Blackburn is heading to the IL retroactive to June 30 with a right shoulder impingement. Dedniel Núñez was placed on the injured list as well with a right elbow sprain. Both pitchers have already dealt with injuries and setbacks this season and it seems as if their tribulations are not over.
