New York Mets: Wilson Ramos Hot Hitting Continues Into September

The Mets offense has been inconsistent throughout the last couple of weeks, but Wilson Ramos has been the one person they can count on. Thanks to a double on Sunday, he extended his hitting streak to 25-games. He is five games away from tying Moises Alou’s club record of 30-straight games with a hit.

With a hit in a 25th consecutive game, Wilson Ramos just passed Mike Piazza and Hubie Brooks for the third-longest hitting streak in Mets history:

1. Moises Alou, 30
2. David Wright, 26
3. Wilson Ramos, 25
