Devin Mesoraco will remain on the restricted list and seems unlikely to report to the New York Mets, according to Andy Martino of SNY.

Mesoraco, who was acquired from the Cincinnati Reds last year in the Matt Harvey trade, has been on the restricted list since March 25.
