Minors 6.8.16: Travis d'Arnaud hitless in second game of rehab assignment

TRENTON 5, BINGHAMTON 2: Trailing 5-1 in the ninth, Victor Cruzado singled and Xorge Carrillo and Jared King walked to load the bases for Binghamton. L.J. Mazzilli then struck out, Phillip Evans drove in Cruzado with a sacrifice fly and Niuman Romero popped out to end the game. Binghamton’s opening run came in the third. King walked and stole second base. Mazzilli followed with an RBI single to cut the B-Mets' deficit to 2-1. Binghamton starter Mickey Jannis (1-5) allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits in six innings.
