Mets Win in 1st Visit to New Braves Ballpark

The Mets made their first trip to SunTrust Park Monday night, replacing the house of horrors that was Turner Field. And they already like it better than the old place after a win in their inaugural game.

Michael Conforto led off game with homer.

Michael Conforto christened the stadium for the Mets by leading off the game with a homer, his seventh home run of the season.

However, Ender Inciarte got the run right back with a lead off homer of his own in the bottom of the first.

With runners on second and third with no outs in the fourth, Neil Walker singled to give the Mets a 2-1 lead.
