The Mets are looking to add a second baseman, an outfielder, and a relief pitcher without spending too much money this offseason, and one way to do that is through the trade market. According to The Daily News, one of the players being shopped by New York is Matt Harvey, and the front office has already talked to two other teams about a potential deal.
“They are willing to move him,” one source said, “and they said they wanted to try and flip him for a reliever. They seemed more willing to move him then (Robert) Gsellman or (Seth) Lugo.
