Ticket prices to the World Series became ‘affordable’ on Sunday.
Prices are the cheapest they’ve been so far– after the Mets dropped Game 4 to the Royals 5-3 on Halloween, putting themselves in a 3-1 series hole.
More than 4,300 tickets starting at just $249 were up for grabs Sunday afternoon on StubHub, hours before the Mets do-or-die game against the Royals at Citi Field.
Similar prices were also available on TiqIQ, where tickets went as low as $301.
Average prices for the final showdown at Citi Field fell nearly 50 percent in 24 hours — falling from $1,327.
