Baseball America has released their mid-season top 100 prospects list and as you would expect, Mets farmhands, Amed Rosario and Dominic Smith remain on the list. Rosario ranked fourth, up one spot from the previous update (May 11). Smith moved up 15 spots to 50th.
Smith and Rosario have both delivered in their first respective seasons in Triple A. The tandem has combined for 226 hits, 18 homers, 39 doubles, and 109 RBI. Smith has appeared in 86 games while Rosario has played 83.
Rosario has grabbed all the headlines and generated the most buzz in relation to when his call-up will occur.
