The Mets will open the National League Division Series in Los Angeles on Friday, and their starting rotation is set, Mets special assistant J.P. Ricciardi confirmed Saturday on SiriusXM radio, according to ESPN.
Syndergaard gets a road start after alleviating concerns about his performance away from home, and Harvey will take the hill Monday at Citi Field after the controversy surrounding his innings limit dissolved to a large extent in recent weeks.
Game 4, if necessary, remains TBD for the Mets. Rookie lefty Steven Matz must prove he has recovered from a back ailment before rosters are set Friday morning.
