Mets’ Harvey OK After Procedure To Remove Blood Clots In Bladder

NEW YORK (WFAN) — Mets right-hander Matt Harvey is on the road to recovery after having a procedure done to remedy blood clots in his bladder, WFAN’s Ed Coleman reported on Tuesday.

Speaking to Boomer & Carton, Coleman said Harvey was feeling a lot better a day after the procedure and is expected to be fine. It is believed the hard-throwing right-hander will make the start when the Mets open the regular season Sunday against the World Series champion Royals in Kansas City.
