ROCHESTER 7, SYRACUSE 6 (BOX)
Syracuse found themselves on top early thanks to some RBI hits- including a home run- by Cody Bohanek, Orlando Calixte, and Mason Williams, but Martin Cervenka seemed to put the final nail in the coffin in the fifth when he hit a three-run homer, making it a 6-1 game. The bullpen initially held, but things got out of control in the bottom of the eighth and the Red Wings wound up tying the game at 5-5.
